Product Details
Fosroc Renderoc RG 45 (often called Renderoc RG in datasheets) is a general-purpose, non-shrink, cementitious micro-concrete repair material designed for structural repair and reinstatement of concrete where access may be restricted or vibration is difficult. It is supplied as a ready-to-use dry powder requiring only the addition of clean water on site to produce a fluid, free-flowing repair concrete.🧱 Key Characteristics Cementitious micro-concrete based on Portland cement, graded aggregates, fillers, and special additives. Non-shrink / shrinkage-compensated in the plastic state, helping to maintain contact and prevent voids after placement. Free-flowing and highly fluid — can be poured or pumped into confined or restricted areas without the need for vibration. Chloride-free, making it suitable for reinforced concrete repairs without risking corrosion of steel. 🧩 Typical Properties Fresh wet density: ~2200 kg/m³. Unrestrained expansion: ~1–4 % (plastic state). Compressive strength: Approx. 10 N/mm² after 1 day, 27 N/mm² after 3 days, 35 N/mm² after 7 days, 45 N/mm² after 28 days Can be applied in sections up to approx. 100 mm thick; for larger sections the addition of specified aggregates may be required. 🛠 Typical Uses Renderoc RG 45 is ideal for: Repair of damaged reinforced concrete elements — beams, columns, soffits, piles. Encasement build-ups and jacketing for structural strengthening.
