Freeze Dryer offered features stainless steel construction and comes with the provision of perspex see through lid that provides for optimum process handling. Other than this, the system also includes support in form of gasket as well as microprocessor based digital temperature controller cum indicator that allows for accurate measurements of temperature.Further, the presence of vacuum indicator, as well as hermetically sealed compressor support, also provides for optimum functional support provided to the system.Features : Coming fitted with 100 liters/ min double stage rotary vane type vacuum pump with air ballast providing for vacuum of 1x10-3 torr on pump head PUF insulated finish provided between outer as well as inner chambers that provide for minimal thermal losses Featuring condenser trap for all nonmagnetic stainless steel fabricated as well as argon arc welded dished-bottom which provides for complete removal of effluents System featuring refrigeration coils developed using heavy insulated copper bonded to outside of condenser for delivering temperatures up to (-)40° C at ambient temperature of 20° C High accuracy maintained in temperature control through use of microprocessor based digital temperature indicator cum controller Provision of 6 or 12 port manifold vacuum drum that works as main drying chamber Drum featuring stainless steel non-magnetic grade construction with perspex top cover provision provided at the top Applications : Freeze-dried micro-organisms For fermentation reactions In pharmaceutical & biochemical industries for extracting dry product from aqueous solution
