Our 500 TR FRP Cooling Towers work as natural draft systems built for heavy duty industrial use. They are produced in India from top grade materials and each unit delivers a full 500 tons of refrigeration without faltering. A deep blue outer coat gives the towers a clean look plus helps them blend into any plant layout. Because they are intended only for new projects, they reach peak heat rejection efficiency from the first day of operation. The fiberglass shell resists corrosion, survives rough weather and chemical exposure and needs little upkeep. Power stations, oil refineries but also large factories that must control heat rely on those towers. Air moves through the fill by natural lift - no motor driven fans are required cutting power use and running expense. Every tower leaves the works only after it passes strict tests for performance as well as safety.
