After washing fruits, vegetables, herbs and other foods, there will be many residual water droplets on the surface. The food conveying air dryer is an automated production equipment developed by aqua art & engineering Food Factory according to customer needs. It can be linked to fruit and vegetable bubble cleaning machines, food spray cleaning machines, food brush cleaning and peeling machines and other equipment, it is mainly used the high-pressure fan on the conveyor belt to dehydrate foods such as fruits. The food dryer is mainly composed of an air dryer and a conveyor belt. While the food is being transported, the high-pressure fan will air-dry the food. The number and air volume of the high-pressure fan can be customized according to requirements. The bottom of the conveyor belt is composed of stainless steel mesh (the conveyor belt of PP material can also be customized according to requirements), and the excess water can be drained from the mesh.
