Fruit pulper with motor is used to extract pulp from fruits, vegetables and other pulpy items. During the operation, the seeds and skin get separated and discharges through a chute. It is commonly used in canning industry and ayurvedic medicine manufacturing units.The function of the pulper is to gently slush the recycled paper raw material into a pumpable pulp, which is suitable for processing in stock preparation while facilitating the efficient removal of contaminants from the pulp.Fruit pulp is the most basic product created by the processing of fresh fruit. It contains both the juice and the pulp, which is the stringy fibre which is often removed from fruit juice. Fruit pulps can be processed and stored for long periods of time without losing their colour, flavour or texture.It is the high rotating speed that beats fruits into fruit pulp. Change the screens freely and you will get different beating speed according to your own requests.The coarse pulping and fine pulping unit are mounted one below the other. The coarse pulping unit consists of a coarse sieve and blades and brushes . The fine pulping unit consists of fine sieve and brushes.
