The fryums single screw extruder machine can produce crisp snacks like pea, shell, screw, bugles, tube, wave etc using potato starch, corn starch as raw material, which is prevailing at market. The snacks are very crisp after frying. The machines features high automation, stable performance, advanced configuration etc.In India many extruded fryums are prepared using rice and legumes. Generally flavored with cumin seeds and asafoetida. Rice flour is cooked with water, the gelatinized dough is passed through hand operated press in the form of noodles, chords, ribbons and dried in sun. the products remain stable for many months.
