A concrete block machine is therefore a mechanical device that is designed and manufactured to produce concrete blocks of various characteristics and sizes.The concrete block machine uses pressure and vibration to form different kinds of concrete blocks by using different moulds. The machine is then pressed with high pressure so that well- made cement, hollow and pavement blocks are manufactured.The operation of a block-making machine is based on the vibration and compression of the concrete. They have a hopper in which to receive and store the fresh cement for the production of the blocks. After this, the material is dosed in to fill the mould with the right amounts.Concrete blocks are a prefabricated material mainly used to build walls. Like bricks, the blocks are stacked together and joined with a mortar, usually consisting of cement, sand, and water. The blocks are hollow inside to allow for steel bars and mortar filling.A manifestation of the design sketch into reality, the process of block-making marks the beginning of the production process of a typical FG style. Laborious yet rewarding, it involves many stages. Tracing of the design (likhai) with calligraphic charm, the first stage involves recreating the sketch on a wooden block.The working principle of the block-making machine is to use raw material such as slag, mining slag, stone powder, pulverized coal ash, industrial stone, industrial sand, industrial cement and other materials with proper scientific ratio and water mixture.
