The Fully Automatic Hydraulic Container Profile Sheet Making Machine, For Industrial, Production Capacity: 15 mtr/min by M/S Ferro Industries is built for fast, heavy duty shaping of sheets in factories. The frame is of thick mild steel and the motor runs on 440 V three phase power. It forms 15 m of sheet every minute - it suits high volume plants. It accepts sheet widths up to 1250 mm plus thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 1 mm covering most container or profile sheet needs. A hydraulic cutter slices the sheet cleanly and exactly. A PLC governs every motion - the operator sets the program once but also the machine completes the rest with almost no further help. Because the whole line works without manual steps, stoppages shrink and labor expense falls.
