The Fully Automatic Mild Steel Truck Wall Panel Sheet Forming Machine, 20 by M/S Ferro Industries forms truck wall panels and cargo floor sheets. The frame uses mild steel. Twenty roll stations shape the sheet up to 1250 mm wide, which covers most commercial vehicle body sizes. The drive needs three phase power plus pulls the sheet at ten metres each minute. A fully automatic shear cuts the formed sheet to length - the operator only sets the batch length on the panel. The machine runs non stop in large plants and ships from India as a new unit.
