Product Details
Otherwise known as pouch filling or pouch packing machines, this packaging equipment type fills premade pouches with product and then seals them shut. Pouch fill and seal machines come in two main varieties: Rotary and inline.nstead of forming bags from a roll of flat packaging material, this machine is loaded with bags that are already formed into their end shape (premade pouches). The bags are then fed into the machine where they are opened, filled with product, and sealed shut.This machine works on vertical form fill seal principle, based on type of the product to be filled filling mechanism will be selected. For granules packaging cup filling/volumetric filling used, for powder product auger filling is used, for oil or honey piston pump is used.Packaging Machinery can protect the product in many different ways. It can keep not only the product safe, but the packaging process as well. For instance, container cleaning equipment - rinsing machines and bottle washers - can be used to clean bottles before the filling process. The materials of the pouch stops vapour, odour, air, pests and light coming in contact with the product. Some films such as Foil and Nylon contain barrier properties adding extra strength.
