Marudhar Industries brings the Fully Automatic PVC Pipe Cutting Machine to the customers for high-efficiency large-scale PVC pipe cutting operations. It has been designed using high-grade raw material like iron and powered with a single-phase power supply of 220 V along with 50 Hz frequency. As such, the machine results in saving power to the extent of 1 kW. It can cut 450-500 pipes at a time, 10 feet long, so it offers extreme productivity in it, and that is the reason why it will be suitable for use in commercial and industrial environments. This one cuts 4500 pipes in a day, given all the pipes are 10 feet long. Moreover, they show high consistency and fulfill the mass production requirements. The completely automated design does not require much manual labor; it works with one operator for up to 10 hours at a stretch. It can be laid down for straight pipe cutting in order to minimize cuts and errors. The diameters it supports include 19, 20, 25, 32, and 40 mm. In addition, it supports various types of pipe thicknesses such as light, medium, and heavy (ISI & Non-ISI) types. The machine has a compact size at about 1.51.54 meters, while having a weight of 40 kg approx., which makes the installation of the machine easy and straightforward and allows easy operation within production environments. It has a surface finish treated with paint that keeps the machine free from corrosion, thus ideal for long-term use. Designed for cutting 10-foot pipes, and in turn, efficiency is very cheap, as on an average electricity bill comes to around 10₹ for every 10,000 pipe cuts. Made in India, the machine comes with a 6-month warranty and is absolutely reliable in support. It has high operational efficiency with little to negligible manpower and is a valuable addition to any PVC pipe cutting operation.
