The Automatic Shrink Sleeve Label Applicator Machine consists of main structure, product transmission belt with guide adjustment, in-feed screw, sleeve former (mandrel), rotary cutter to cut sleeve, Safety acrylic cover, shrink tunnel with cooling fan, motors, sensors, electrical panel, AC drive, PLC & HMI.is used for applying sleeves on any shape size of container giving it the most attractive look . Machine can do full body , half body or neck sleeves with the help of suitable change parts .Shrink sleeves are a specific type of product label that is essentially heat-wrapped around an entire product, such as a bottle or can. These labels completely and seamlessly conform to the shape of the product or container.The shrink sleeve applicator or the shrink sleeve label applicator machine is a fast speed equipment; with a capacity of up to 250 units in a minute. It is basically a shrink sleeve labeling machine, which is used for sleeve inserting and sleeve shrinking.
