Key Features of ETP & STP Plant Panel: Automation and Control: The panel allows fully automated operation, controlling pumps, blowers, valves, aerators, and various process instruments to ensure smooth treatment processes. Protection & Safety: The panel has inbuilt safety features like overload protection, short circuit protection, and thermal overload relay to safeguard the entire system from electrical faults. User Interface: It is equipped with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and SCADA systems for real-time monitoring, remote control, and data logging, allowing operators to monitor and manage plant functions efficiently. Energy Management: It optimizes energy usage by controlling the operation of motors and pumps based on actual load and system requirements, reducing overall power consumption. ETP STP PLANT PANEL Main Components: MCB (Miniature Circuit Breaker): Ensures overcurrent protection for circuits and appliances connected to the panel. MCCB (Molded Case Circuit Breaker): Provides higher current protection compared to MCB for larger equipment like blowers and pumps. Contactors and Relays: Electromechanical switches used to control the motors and other high-load devices in the ETP/STP. Overload Relay: Protects the system from overcurrent and short-circuiting by cutting off power when needed. Timers and Controllers: Enable automatic control of operations, like pump start/stop and aeration cycles.
