We are engaged in offering a wide range of Gantry Palletizer System to our clients. Our range of all products is widely appreciated by our clients.Gantry pick and place is similar to the palletizing system but this is cost effective system where bags, bottles and boxes are placed on pallet with proper matrix with the help of gantry system. Product is travelled through conveyor and stopped on the picking conveyor after sensing the sensor, gripper is then pick the product and placed on the pallet as per matrix requirement. Once the required matrix and quantity is placed on the pallet, pallet is then moved on the conveyor where strapping/wrapping is done. Once strapping and wrapping is done then pallet is ready to dispatch or store in ASRS system.Advantage: - To make matrix of Pouch / Box / bottle on pallet Accurate matrix forming and quantity Reduce labour cost and time SCADA system for data collection Automatic matrix formation and packaging system Area of use: - Powder industry Granule industry Fertilizer industry.
