Our furnaces are perfect for heat treatment of larger objects like machine parts and castings, which cannot be treated in normal furnaces. HST box type furnaces are also an effective solution for hardening, quenching and tempering processes in steel foundries, and annealing and aging operations in aluminium foundries. Our box type furnaces feature an innovative, heavy duty manipulator that makes loading and unloading of material easy and helps complete quenching operations within 30 seconds. The quenching tank is fitted with axial submersible agitators to break the vapour layer formed during quenching process. Our range of box type furnaces is user-friendly and highly energy-efficient. These fully-automated systems feature PLC and SCADDA controlling and Level 2 automation. All our furnaces are manufactured according to ASM International Standards using the highest-grade materials. The thermal calibration for our furnaces is done in line with API and Aviation standards.
