The Double Burner Gas Range (also known as a Two-Burner Indian Range or Cooking Range) is a heavy-duty, commercial-grade appliance designed for high-intensity cooking in restaurants, hotels, and cloud kitchens. Each burner is equipped with independent manual control knobs and often a pilot light for quick ignition, while the sturdy top grates are built to support large, heavy stock pots and kadhais. To ensure long-term durability and hygiene, the unit includes removable drip trays for easy spill management, high-pressure gas inlets compatible with LPG or PNG, and adjustable bullet feet for stability on uneven kitchen floors.
