The Champion Style 54 Super Gasket is a premium-grade compressed fiber jointing sheet designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications. It is manufactured using a proprietary formulation of high-quality raw materials, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
Key Features:

Material Composition: Available in non-metallic and metallic options, with the metallic variant reinforced with steel wire gauze insertion (minimum 18 mesh x 30 gauge) and supplied with a smooth anti-stick graphite finish.

Temperature Resistance: Capable of withstanding maximum continuous service temperatures up to 550°C (non-metallic) and 600°C (metallic).

Pressure Handling: Suitable for maximum pressures of 15 MPa (non-metallic) and 16 MPa (metallic).
Applications:
Ideal for use in superheated steam systems, boiler applications, air separation units, petroleum distillates, oil refineries, diesel generators, marine engines, and more. It effectively seals against superheated steam, vacuum, hydrocarbons, gases, solvents, alcohols, and dyes.
Availability:
The gasket sheets are supplied in various thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm and standard sheet sizes of 1500 mm x 2000 mm, 1600 mm x 2000 mm, 1600 mm x 4000 mm, and 2000 mm x 6000 mm. Custom sizes and pre-cut gaskets are available upon request.
