Ghee is a type of clarified butter made by simmering butter until the milk solids separate from the fats and caramelize, infusing a nutty aroma. It is then strained off to remove all caramelized milk solids. The filtered clear pure fat is known as ghee.Ghee Plant. We offer high productivity Ghee Plant that is primarily used for extraction of ghee from milk. This entire process includes melting of butter, separation, clarification, filtration, cooling and packaging. Our ghee plant includes balance tank, storage tank, ghee kettle, ghee pump, ghee sieve tank etc.Make sure the cream is cold when you start to make ghee. Place the cream in a large bowl and churn it with a hand blender. After a few minutes, you'll see the cream start to separate into butter and liquid. At this stage, keep churning for 2-3 more minutes till all the cream has separated.
