We are offering a wide range of Aoyue 853 Compact Preheater to our clients.Features: Infrared, Hou air welding, melt preheater system, lead-free solder, operating lighting and magnetic rail shelf. With operating lighting. LK863 with 6V functions: infrared weld, Hot air welding, melt preheater system, Lead-free solder, Operating Lighting and magnetic rail shelf. It breakthroughs the defects that the traditional hot air SMD rework stations cover the part, and when it heats up, the heat will destroy the parts. It utilizes the international advanced infrared reworking and soldering technology: use infrared to heat up evenly the parts with the sharp radiation. Magnetic PCB holders are attached to make it convenient and practical. Infrared heats up without air flow, so it does not affect the other parts around. It adapts to all the parts, especially to BGA, SMD parts. The non-lead soldering station utilizes Japan white light heating cores with a long lifespan, efficient heating. Other Details: Thermally stable with closed-loop variable temperature control Emits hot air through carbonless brush system for longer usage life Magnetic Board holders, especially suited for small board repairs. Fast Heating with compact dimensions. Designed with hot air no/off toggle switch to allow cooling of target PCBs. Suitable for preheating multilayer PCBs with lead-free or standard solders.
