Paver mould is the mould which we use for the making of the Concrete Tiles and Paving Blocks. Nowadays It has become a common fashion to use Concrete Tiles and Paving Blocks. to harden the outer space of places like- Patrol pumps.A concrete paver is defined as having a maximum aspect ratio of 4:1, and a minimum thickness of 2 3/8'' (60mm). Concrete pavers are generally able to be lifted with one hand. Concrete slabs, on the other hand, will have an aspect ratio greater than 4:1 and a minimum thickness of 2'' (50mm).A concrete mix of 1:2:4 (cement: sand: stone chips) by volume may be used for cement concrete paving blocks with water to cement ratio of 0.62. The concrete mix should not be richer than 1:6 by volume of cement to combined aggregates before mixing.Compressive strength Average not less than 450 Kg/cm2 3. Average wear in Thickness- Abrasion Average wear not more than 2mm 4. Tolerance in size (length + breadth) ± 2mm 5. Thickness of wearing layer Not less than 5mm 6.
