WEIBER Gravity Convection Ovens are ideal for applications in which temperature uniformity is not essential, and where samples may otherwise be disturbed by a fan-generated airflow like powders and foils.

These ovens are constructed to remove the moisture as quickly as possible. They are extensively used in various pharmaceutical industries, food processing industries, laboratories and schools. They are incorporated with most developed and latest technology, provided with international safety standards.

• WEIBER laboratory ovens (gravity convection) are double walled convection heated and cooled units. Outer body of ovens are constructed out of thick PCRC, pre coated corrosion resistant GI sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner construction is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade). The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our ovens.
• Heating:

Indirect heating system is provided in our units, comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kanthal/Nichrome wires of suitable wattage.

• Temperature control:

The temperature inside our laboratory ovens (gravity convection) is controlled through Nano technology based ergonomic controller (HMI+PLC optional).

  These self-contained, easy-to-use recorders provide a permanent record of temperatures, using a precise, spiral-wound bi-metallic strip transducer. All models include an on/off switch, locking door and built-in slot for an optional tie-down cable and lock. All include one "AA" battery,starter box of 60 charts and manual. All come standard with one-point NIST traceable Certificate of Calibration.
