Description: Castwith special formulation of liquid lubricant as filler, to reduce friction as much as 25% and enhance wear life as compared to regular nylons. It is green in colour.Properties: High mechanical strength, stiffness, hardness and toughness; Good fatigue resistance, sliding properties; High mechanical damping ability; Excellent wear resistance, impact resistance; Good electrical insulating properties, resistance to high energy radiation (x-rays, gamma rays); Good machinability, high modulus of elasticity; Self-lubricating, chemical resistance.Applications: Gears, cams, sprockets, bushes, bearings, gaskets, pulleys, rollers,Industries: Textile, automotive, marine, sugar/paper mills, bottling & food processing, railways, chemical, material handling equipment, general engineering, construction, electronics, mining, aviation, food etc.Sizes: 25 mm – 300 mm diameter x 1 metre length
