We can supply most of the Ground Ball Screws of accuracy C5 & C3 with end-machining as per your drawing within 3 working days. Nominal dimensions are available from 16 mm to 100 mm. Nut Type Internal Circulation Type Nut – FSI Type Single Nut Internal Circulation design LTM Ground Ball Screws – FeaturesKinds of Circulation and Nut Types The ballscrew continuously recirculates steel balls between the screw shaft and nut through circulation components (tubes or deflectors). The circulation system converts sliding contact into rolling contact, resulting in: High efficiency High rigidity High accuracy Very low backlash Reduced temperature rise Widely used in linear motion applications for CNC machines. Types of Recirculation Designs: External Circulation Type (Tube System): A tube scoops balls from the screw shaft and returns them to the original position through the return tube. Internal Circulation Type (Deflector System): A deflector changes the route of ball movement. Balls override the thread crest and return to the original position, ensuring continuous recirculation.
