Screw type groundnut oil manufacturing machine is the main equipment used in small to medium scale edible oil extraction plant, featured of reasonable structure design, high pressure and low labor intensity.Oil reserves are found all over the world. However, some have produced more oil than others. The top oil producing countries are Saudi Arabia, Russia, the United States, Iran, and China.The working principle of the oil expeller machine is to forcefully push the oilseeds and nuts through the barrel by the action of the revolving worm. Due to increased pressure of worms, the oil squeezed out from the seeds and turns out through holes. After pressing, the crude oil and oil cake are obtained.Groundnut oils are extracted by using a solvent like hexane, while aromatic oils are extracted with different methods including steam distillation and the cold pressing method. In all of these options, the goal of extraction is to produce pure oil free from contaminants and traces of the original plant material.
