- Persons with left limb disability can use an automatic transmission vehicle without any alterations or a manual transmission vehicle fitted with hand operated clutch or automatic clutch.
- Persons with both limbs disability can use an automatic transmission vehicle fitted with a hand operated brake & accelerator or a manual transmission vehicle fitted with automatic clutch with hand operated brake & accelerator.
