HDPE Irrigation Laser Marking Machine
The HDPE Irrigation Laser Marking Machine is an advanced online fiber laser marking system specially designed for continuous marking on HDPE irrigation pipes during production. The machine produces permanent, high-contrast, and non-removable markings without affecting the strength or surface quality of the pipe.
It is capable of marking company name, brand logo, ISI/BIS standards, pipe size, pressure rating (PN), batch number, manufacturing date, meter count, serial number, QR codes, barcodes, and customized information while the pipe is moving on the extrusion line.
The machine uses a high-quality Fiber Laser Source with an expected life of up to 100,000 hours, ensuring reliable operation, low maintenance, and consistent marking quality. Integrated encoder synchronization enables accurate marking even at high production speeds.
Its compact design, air-cooled operation, and user-friendly EZCAD software make it suitable for 24×7 industrial production environments.
