The Heatless Desiccant Compressed Air Dryer, 240 V, Automation Grade: Automatic from Air Point Equipments supplies an even 300 cubic feet per minute of ultra dry air and runs without manual input. A mild steel frame plus colour-coated skin resist rust and impact - the unit endures harsh sites. Built in India for 240 V supplies, it relies on twin desiccant towers that strip water vapour without heaters or blowers. Drug plants and laboratories receive air that stays below the dew point limits set for sterile instruments, blister packs but also analysers. A programmable controller cycles the towers, purges and re-pressurises them in sequence cutting power use and operator attendance. The dryer drops straight into any compressed air ring, protects downstream tools from moisture damage as well as lengthens their service life.
