- Unwinder and re-winder are equipped with Air Shaft Safety Chuck type mounting system suitable to adopt 76 MM Paper Core.
- All Idler Rollers will be hard anodized Aluminum rollers.
- Sturdy body frame construction enables high speed coating without vibration.
- Service platform in all direction of the machine will ensure easy accessibility on the machine in any direction.
- Heavy duty and standard make Motor and Gearbox.
- Load cell based tension control unit at un-wind and in feed unit.
- Passing Rollers made from 100 MM Dia heavy duty Alu. Pipe, polished, hard anodized & dynamically balanced.
