The Needle Vibrator, also known as an immersion or poker vibrator, consists of a power unit and a flexible tube with a vibrating head on the end. The vibrating head is inserted into the concrete wherever compaction is needed. A concrete vibrator is a concrete tool that produces stronger concrete by vigorously shaking the concrete right after you pour it to eliminate the air bubbles or air pockets.They are also called immersion, poker or needle vibrators. They essentially consist of a power unit and a long flexible tube at the end of which a vibrating head is attached Overall, vibrating concrete is a procedure that consolidates concrete by eliminating air pockets and distributes the solid particles within poured concrete properly to prevent honeycombing and improve the durability and quality of concrete.The frequency of the vibrator is about 700 cycles per minute. The vibrating head is inserted in the concrete.
