Shreyash Machine Tools builds a Heavy Duty Radial Drill Machines, 40 mm. The cast structure allows holes up to 40 mm diameter. A hand feed lever moves the 900 kg frame - the mass damps vibration so the tool stays on centre when steel, cast iron or alloy plate is clamped on the table. The operator sets spindle speed through a gearbox - a second selector sets reverse rotation for tapping threads or for withdrawing jammed bits. No extra devices are required - levers on the head and arm lock position within seconds. Each unit leaves the factory with a one year warranty against material or assembly defects and finished machines wait in stock for immediate shipment. Frames are stress relieved, slideways are ground plus chrome plated quills ride in hardened sleeves - the layout places all controls at shoulder height so the user reaches no farther than 500 mm. The result is a single machine that drills, taps, countersinks and reams without relocation of the workpiece, giving factories and repair shops steady output at high accuracy.
