Heavy series tube clamps are normally used for support piping system in general applications. W.P. range of pipe - tube clamps with more than 1500 PSI (100 BAR) and up to 8000 psi (600 BAR) find application in Steel / stainless steel Piping System.
- Heavy Series Tube Clamps are Designed according to DIN 3015 - Part -2
- Heavy Series Tube clamps are available in Multilayer, Two way , Four way types, Welding Plates, Rail Nuts, Construction Types, Rubber inlay types and many other designs.
- Heavy series Tube clamps are consist of Top plates, Bottom weld plates, Hex bolts, Plastic or aluminium Jaws.
- PP – Plastic Polypropylene –dark green colour approved as per DIN 3015 standards worldwide.
- In Heavy Series Tube clamps, Metal parts are in Carbon Steel grade – St. 37 duly trivalent zinc passivation / phosphatised / chromatised as per clients requirements & usage.
- Heavy Series Tube Clamps are available in ready stock from 6 mm od till 219 mm od of Tubes in PP/ PA / Aluminium types raw materials.
- Metal Parts can be supplied in Carbon steel / Stainless steel -304 or 316 as per client's requirements.
