The HF-30000 is a servo crimping press. This machine designed for heavy battery terminal crimping process. This machine can crimp upto 10 sq mm cable, sheet thickness of terminal / lug min 1.0mm to 3.0 mm.Can feed crimp height , digitally in program, and crimp quality monitoring system inbuilt for detecting good and bad wires, and we can save upto 100 recipes. It is very comfortable for changing crimp height or load it can save terminal wise or crossection wise in recipes. Crimping torque data can be monitored in HMI.The robust electronic control operates on 440V, three phase power. It also features both a forward and reverse jog mode for set up and resetting of the crimping units. A Heavy Duty version is also available for more demanding crimping applications.The HF-30000 also includes a standard pneumatic feed kit for operation of Pneumatic – feed applicator.The OPTIONAL crimp force monitor provides for quality monitoring of each crimp.Features:• Built in light focused on crimping tooling.• Strong steel, machined base and frame.• Automatic home position function.• Counters for lot size, batch size and total machine cycles variable press cycle speed for difficult applications.• Inching function for tool setup.• Fine adjustment of crimping height (micro-adjustment).• High Quality precision frame mounted crimping press.• Pneumatic valve attachment to feed the pneumatic feed applicator.• Dual mode safety switches for operator safety.• Easy opening safety guard and quick release base (optional).• Integrated pneumatic feed system.
