Product Details
Seed Grader / Cleaner This machine is suitable for efficient cleaning and grading of all crops such as Cereal Seeds, Vegetable Seeds, Oil Seeds, Pulses, Forestry Seeds like Wheat, Paddy, Maize, Bajra, Peas, Urd, Moong, Gram, Soyabean, Sunflower, Mustard, Jawar, Barley and Coffee Seeds etc. It is also suitable for cleaning and grading of spices like Cardamom, Cumin and pepper. Features: Robust machines of all steel construction. Feeding hopper is at low level with feed control gate. Sieves/Screen cleaning through rubber balls. All sieves are in GI Steel material. Fully enclosed: Easily Changeable Sieves. Working: Material is fed into a feed hopper where they are evenly distributed by a feed roller and dropped through a controlled gate on the top sieve. Before falling on top screen, grain are subjected to primary aspiration which drains off chaff, straw, dust etc. Material is then passed through screen for separation according to width and thickness. Final product and impurities are collected separately through discharge chutes. Automatic Gravity Separator Machine / Gravity Table Gravity separator machine or Gravity Separator may be used to separate any type of dry bulk particles that are similar in size and shape but differs in weight. Gravity separator are suitable for processing of the seeds of Corn, Wheat, Rice, Soybean, Sorghum, various vegetables and other agricultural and sideline products. The machine either be used in the grain processing plants or be used individually.
