Product Description
Micron India High Speed Mixer Machine is designed for rapid and uniform mixing of dry powders, granules, and suitable formulation ingredients. It is used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, nutraceutical, and other industrial processing applications where consistent blending and efficient batch processing are required.
Depending on the application, the machine can be supplied as a high-speed powder mixer or a high-shear mixer granulator with suitable mixing tools, motor, gearbox, and optional liquid-addition arrangements.

Working Principle
The material is loaded into the mixing bowl or vessel. The high-speed mixing tool creates rapid material movement, helping distribute ingredients throughout the batch. In high-shear models, the impeller and optional chopper work together to improve mixing and, where appropriate, granule formation. Once the required mixing process is complete, the product is discharged for the next production stage.
