The High Speed Nail Making Machine GHS-90 makes many nails - it puts out 760 nails every minute. The machine takes different nail sizes. It uses nails 40mm to 90mm long. Wire for the nails measures 2.0mm to 3.8mm wide. The machine uses a 6HP motor to run. A 10HP motor from Siemens or Bharat Bijlee powers it. A Delta PLC controls the machine. An AC drive makes it work precisely and consistently. Seven sensors come with the machine; they make the machine safe. They also count the nails. An automatic system lubricates the machine parts. This helps it run reliably. All tools are made of tungsten carbide - this makes them last a long time. One worker can run eight machines. That saves on labor. The GHS-90 is small - it measures 1500x1300x1100mm. It weighs about 2500kg. The machine fits well in places that make many products.
