The automatic single head Hing Powder Filling Machine is a unit that consists of grade 304 stainless steel. It fills hing powder into containers at a rate of 25 - 30 bottles every minute. In this process the single head system dispenses the powder so that the weight remains the same and little product is lost. As the system is semi automatic, a person can intervene easily and change the settings quickly. By using a 3-phase 440 V power supply, the machine functions in industrial settings for standard packaging. To ensure the machine works continuously, New Wave Machinery used stainless steel for the parts that touch the product. And the design includes features that allow a person to perform maintenance with ease. Due to the small size and simple controls, the machine is appropriate for spice processors that operate at a medium scale. For the purpose of safety and hygiene, the design follows the rules of the food industry. If the machine is in use, the integrity of the product is maintained during the filling steps.
