Our Hob Sharpening Machine is engineered for high-precision regrinding of HSS and carbide hobs used in gear manufacturing. It features servo-based linear and rotary axes, controlled via PLC for accurate and repeatable sharpening profiles. Key features include: - Automatic tooth indexing - Tool measurement system (OPTIONAL) - Integrated coolant system An optional robotic loader/unloader is available for higher throughput and lights-out operation. The machine supports both straight and helical hobs (RH and LH), meeting AA class standards. It is compatible with CBN and Aluminum Oxide wheels, and includes an automatic dressing system.
