Advanced Air Filtration: Equipped with a high-efficiency HEPA filter with an aluminum frame, boasting 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 microns, and a washable pleated pre-filter with 90% efficiency for optimal air purification. Stainless Steel Design: The horizontal wall features a perforated stainless steel diffuser screen for uniform airflow, available in two configurations: complete stainless steel inside and outside, or stainless steel work area with a powder-coated, bacteria-resistant CRCA outer body. Consistent Air Flow Rate: Maintains a uniform airflow velocity of 90 FPM (0.45 m/s) ± 10 FPM (0.05 m/s) with excellent uniformity, measured 6 inches from the diffuser screen. Airflow ranges from 20 to 100 FPM to meet various operational needs. Low Noise Operation: Designed to operate quietly with a noise level of less than 65 dB, measured at 1 meter from the filter face, creating a comfortable working environment. Durable Motor and Blower Assembly: Features a direct drive, continuous duty ¼ HP motor with sealed bearings mounted on FRP casing to reduce noise and vibration, ensuring reliable and efficient performance.
