Product Details
The Bituemn Melting Machine is a product from India that uses an automatic system to process materials for road construction. The frame consists of mild steel to resist wear during heavy use. It requires a power supply of 40 KVA to operate the electrical heating components. The internal chamber holds 5 000 kg of bitumen during each individual heating cycle. To support bitumen emulsion plants, the machine converts solid blocks into liquid form. It melts 5 tons of material every hour. The total output exceeds 10 tons during a single day so that construction crews have a constant supply of resources. By using electricity to increase the temperature of the bitumen, the machine lowers the amount of time workers spend on preparation. There is a consistent quality in the liquid bitumen which allows for the even application of layers on a road surface.a
