The Mobile Hot Mix Plant – 60 to 90 TPH by Khodiyar Developers is a machine that moves to different locations to mix asphalt for roads that carry heavy traffic. As it operates the machine produces between 60 and 90 tonnes of asphalt every hour and uses an electrical system that provides 125 KVA of power. It is built on a frame with one axle plus wheels and includes four metal containers that supply different sizes of stones. The device has a heating unit that burns light diesel oil but also a board with electrical switches to manage the functions. Because the manufacturer builds this equipment in India, it is easy to transport and warms the materials evenly.
