The HUBLUXE Knife Edge Gate Valve (Model - HE-MD) is a un-directional and bidirectional wafer/semi-lug type industrial valve designed in accordance with MSS-SP-81 standards. It is engineered to handle heavy slurry, suspended solids, and viscous media without clogging.The HUBLUXE Knife Edge Gate Valve (Model: HE-MD) is a heavy-duty industrial valve engineered primarily as a unidirectional and bidirectional wafer semi-lug type valve. Manufactured by HUBLUXE Engineering, it is designed in accordance with MSS-SP-81 standards to provide non-clogging shut-off when handling media with suspended solids.The HE-MD model's proven design prevents sediment buildup and wedge-locking, making it optimal for demanding applications across multiple sectors:• Pulp & Paper: Stock lines and recycled pulp handling.• Wastewater Treatment: Sludge, effluent, and thickened biosolids.• Bulk Handling: Transporting dry solids and powders.• Mining & Steel Plants: Handling abrasive ore slurries and tailings.• Chemical, Oil & Gas: Processing viscous or aggressive fluids.
