Hydraulic cutters utilize a hydraulic mechanism to close the scissors' hardened steel blades. Oil under high pressure (around 700 bar) is pumped to the movement mechanism to deliver enough power to cut even the hardest materials.A Hydraulic Shearing Machine is an industrial tool used for cutting metal bars and sheets that you otherwise would find difficult to cut. It includes a combination of rotating blades and disks that allow for the above-mentioned action.Lower blade is always at 90°. 90° blades are called “four-edge” blades and can be turned to use all of its 4 edges. Angled blades are called “two-edge” blades and can be turned to use only 2 edges. Opposite edges have an angle greater than 90° and therefore cannot be used for shearing.
