Product Details
The Continuous Tube Pulling System included in our range is a unit that is driven by hydraulics. The unit is suitable for continuous tube pulling from condensers or heat exchangers and is thus, widely used in heat transfer industry. This unit can be operated either electrically or pneumatically, depending upon the purpose of the requirement. Also, the unit is designed in a manner such that it can perform with efficiency, even in hazardous and explosive working environments. Features: Unit is portable with handle and mounted on four wheels for easy handling Removes tube without any damage to tube sheet Low setup time and ease of operation Low maintenance cost and worldwide availability of components Needs only one man for operation Significant saving of time and money over conventional systems Interchangeable pulling guns with same power pack Compact design of power pack and gun 15 ton gun for light duty high-speed work, 30 tun gun for heavy duty tube pulling and 45 ton gun for tube up to 3" OD Pulling gun communicates with electric power pack via 24 VDC control. Auto switches over from low-pressure high flow to high-pressure low flow on load and again back to the low-pressure high flow when the load is released. Automatic slow start feature to minimize risk of breaking tubes and to conserve consumables Pulls up to 3 OD tubes continuously pulls up to 4 OD stub
