The hydraulic deep drawing press is a specially designed machine in high accuracy and excellent performance, for deep drawing and forming metal plates. The capacity range from 10 Tons to 3000 Tons is available as customers' demands.The hydraulic press machine is a mechanical device that uses the static pressure of a liquid, as defined by Pascal's law and converts it to a force required for various industrial operations. These operations include bending, metal forming, molding, forging, drawing, punching.Typical triple-action deep drawing presses consist of a punch or forming tool on the main draw ram, a clamp ram in the middle, and a knockout cylinder and/or bed cushion on the bottom.A hydraulic press is made up of two interconnected cylinders. Each cylinder is filled with hydraulic fluid, and one is bigger than the other. The bigger cylinder is referred to as the Ram, while the smaller one is referred to as the Plunger.For deep-drawing applications, hydraulic presses provide exceptional flexibility. They also offer programming versatility, which can be used to optimize them for each specific use for maximum productivity and finished-product integrity.
