. The system is used for converting liquid fat into plasticized and aerated fat. It also develops a structure and plasticity into the liquid fat.
The system is PLC based and automatically fulfills the demand of fat votation, storage and dispensing to various processing locations from the single central system. The votated fat is supplied through a single fat dosing system, which is mounted on load cells to various process centers that are located 200 meters away.
