Hydraulic Scrap Poker for Induction Furnace - 15 Ton, 15 HP is a machine that weighs 15 tons and uses 15 HP. It is painted yellow and functions through a semi automatic process. To operate the device, the operator moves a hand lever which controls a stroke measuring 5 feet. A three phase motor providing 15 HP drives the system alongside a gear pump plus a tank that holds 500 litres of oil. It produces a force of 15 tons to move metal scrap into a furnace. By using this force, the machine pushes materials into the melting chamber without interruptions. The mechanism is reliable during the charging of the furnace.
