A bend is manufactured by using a bending tool during a linear or rotating move.A hydraulic bending machine is an automated tool for forming and shaping metal parts. It comprises a workbench, support, clamping plate, and pressure plate. The clamping action may be automatic or manually controlled with a foot pedal. The base of the machine has a movable coil placed inside a recess.Also known as a brake, a sheet bending machine is used to make big right angles as well as curved folds. It is also used to shape metals in the required shape and size. High pressure exerted on the metal part causes it to deform and take the desired shape or the bend. Press brake is the basic form of this.
