Hydraulic Surface Grinder Machine available in 3 different models for present day and future customer requirements of high accuracy, productivity and reliability of performance. Company is using latest technology to give world class product. Using progressive gearing technology, precision machined component, well laid out hydraulic system thus ensuring high productivity, long life with minimum replacement through wear. The grinding accuracy on the machine is guaranteed & all controls of the machines are within easy reach of the operator. The machine is built of heavy duty casting which supports the sadle & colum of the vertical feed mechanism. The grinding wheelspindle is mounted on preloaded grease packed super precision angular contact anti-friction bearings, ensuring trouble mounted motor ( To eliminate any vibration) through flexible couplings. The wheel head assembly is mounted on a heavy column enclosed guide ways with cover to keep them dust free. The carriage is perfectly hand scraped and matched guide ways provided to achieve maximum accuracy and surface finish. The machines are low on maintenance, reliable over extended period of time & at the same times very effective & efficient. These are backed by prompt after sales service & spare parts.
