Maximized vibration damping capacity for superior rigidity-to-weight ratio. Utilizes the latest design with all three axes operating independently. Z Axis (Vertical Feed): Vertical feed with an increment of 0.002 mm as standard. Spindle housing driven by an AC induction motor via a precision trapezoidal lead screw with nut. X Axis (Grinding Table): Grinding table travels on prism-flat ground Turcite-B lined guide ways. Table design adheres to the European standard ratio of 2:1 for column-moving configuration, ensuring minimal overhang. Y Axis (Auto Cross Feed): Auto cross feed with incremental variable feed. Cross slide with column driven by an AC induction motor and drive mechanism. Additional Features: Auto centralized lubrication system for ease of maintenance. Grinding spindle cartridge assembled with imported super precision bearings, grease-packed with high-quality grease for lifelong trouble-free service
