Product Details
Shreyash Machine Tools offers hydraulic surface grinders that grind flat metal faces to very close tolerances. The grinding table measures 800 mm by 400 mm and accepts workpieces up to 400 mm by 800 mm. Every slide plus feed moves under oil pressure - the machine needs little help from the operator. The model is on the shelf and ships right away. The cast iron frame but also hardened ways withstand years of daily duty in busy factories. Once the job is clamped and the wheel position is set, the grinder repeats each pass with the same depth as well as speed - parts leave the table within microns of the target size. Setup requires only a few adjustments, even when parts change from shift to shift. Medium and large fabricators who machine steel plates, blocks or dies gain steady output without stop-and-go hand work. The control station groups levers or scales so new operators learn the sequence quickly. With the grinder in the workshop, metal finishing steps run faster and hold accuracy all day.
